PIGLET START: for an ideal start of young pigs

Piglet Start has been specially formulated for feeding young piglets.
When piglets are weaned, they must be able to get by without breast milk. That weaning moment is crucial in the life of a young piglet. Therefore, it is advisable to already start feeding small amounts of “solid” food to young piglets before weaning (in addition to breast milk).
Piglet Start is formulated on this basis and suitable for supplementation from about 2 weeks before weaning up to a maximum age of 12 weeks.
To support the transition from breast milk to solid food optimally, Piglet Start contains a high percentage of dairy products. These dairy products support good intestinal function, while the gastrointestinal tract is getting used to the presence of other raw materials in the feed. In addition to dairy products, Piglet Start contains purely vegetable products.
Piglet Start also contains extra heat-treated cereals which makes the feed very tasty. The high content of vitamins and trace elements and added essential fatty acids support a healthy development of the piglets.
